Kristin for Larimer

My name is Kristin Stephens and I want to thank you for visiting my website.

As we near the 2024 Election, I am energized and excited to keep knocking on doors, making phone calls, texting*, and hearing the voices and concerns of Larimer County’s residents. Mail-in ballots will be issued on October 11th, and it is more important than ever to support local candidates and get out the vote!

These are unprecedented times, and we need leaders with the experience to handle unpredictable issues.  My work as a Councilperson in Fort Collins and as a Larimer County Commissioner taught me what it takes to make our county a safer, healthier place with a strong economy.

I have supported Climate Action and stricter oil and gas regulations because I believe in protecting our community and our environment. My work was recognized and endorsed by the Climate Cabinet, who identifies candidates who act on climate change and environmental justice.

Larimer County is an outstanding place to live, and we must ensure that those benefits are extended to everyone. I have consistently stood up for both working families and older adults during my time on the Board of County Commissioners. My work earned me an appointment to Vice Chair of the National Association of Counties Transportation Committee.

I am committed to helping Larimer County residents and businesses and will continue to work with my fellow Commissioners to build a stronger economy, and a safe, healthy community for all residents.

I would love to hear your ideas and concerns, please feel free to call or email. Thank you for your support this election season.

Sincerely,
Kristin
